Privacy Policy
What information Pipeit collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated: 18 August 2026 · Version 2026-08-18
This notice is written in plain English for an early-stage product. It describes our current practices; it is not legal advice, and it does not claim to satisfy the requirements of any particular law or jurisdiction.
On this page
1. Who we are
Pipeit is a pipeline action intelligence product. It reads context from the tools revenue teams already use and turns it into a prioritized queue of recommended actions. Pipeit is currently in early access.
Pipeit is operated by Evyatar Ben Ezra, who is responsible for the information described in this notice and is the person you deal with when you make a request under it. Pipeit is an independent product and is not yet operated through an incorporated company; if that changes, we will name the operating entity here.
For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Waitlist and early access requests
When you join the Pipeit waitlist, we collect:
- Email address - required, because it is how we respond to your request.
- Name - optional.
- Company - optional.
- Job title - optional.
- Marketing preference - whether you ticked the optional box to receive product updates. It is unticked by default.
- Source information - the page you submitted the form from, the website that referred you to us (if any), and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), plus a coarse device category (mobile, tablet or desktop).
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information through this form.
What we do not collect
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels or third-party marketing tags on this website. We do not build behavioural profiles of visitors, we do not use device fingerprinting, and we do not store your IP address in our database as part of waitlist attribution. Our server processes the connection information any web request necessarily carries, and uses it transiently for abuse prevention and rate limiting only.
Website storage
If you arrive through a campaign link, we store the campaign parameters in your browser's session storage so that the attribution is still available if you sign up on a later page. This is first-party storage, it is cleared when you close the tab, and it is not used to track you across other websites. See our Cookie and Storage Policy for details.
The Pipeit application
The Pipeit product itself is a separate, access-controlled application. Where a customer connects their own systems to Pipeit, that customer's business data is processed to provide the service to them and is not covered by this website notice. This notice describes what happens on the public pipeit.ai website.
3. Why we use information
- To process your waitlist or early access request and respond to you.
- To contact you about the access you asked for, including onboarding.
- To operate, maintain and improve Pipeit.
- To understand which channels bring people to Pipeit, so we know where to focus.
- To protect the service against spam and abuse.
- To send occasional product updates, only if you separately opted in.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Providing information is your choice
You are not obliged to give us any information. If you want to join the waitlist, an email address is required, because there is no way to answer your request without it. Name, company and job title are optional; leaving them blank does not affect your place on the waitlist or the response you receive.
Receiving product updates is a separate, optional choice. The box is unticked by default, and joining the waitlist without ticking it means we will only contact you about your early access request. You can change your mind at any time by emailing [email protected].
5. Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run Pipeit. Each of them may process the information described above on our behalf, for the purpose of providing their service to us:
- Supabase - hosted database where waitlist entries are stored.
- Railway - hosting for the Pipeit backend, which receives the form submission and writes it to the database.
- Cloudflare - delivery and protection of the pipeit.ai website.
- Slack - if enabled, we send ourselves an internal notification when someone joins the waitlist, so that a person sees it. The notification contains the details you submitted and nothing more.
- Google Fonts - the website loads its typeface from Google's font service, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.
We do not list a provider here unless we actually use it.
6. International processing
The providers above operate global infrastructure, and the information you give us may be processed and stored outside Israel depending on the regions and infrastructure those providers use. We are not in a position to make claims about the adequacy or equivalence of data protection in any particular destination country. If the location of processing matters to you, contact us at [email protected] before submitting information and we will tell you what we currently know.
7. How long we keep information
Waitlist information is retained while the waitlist or early access request remains active, and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it or we need to keep it for a legitimate operational or legal reason. We do not commit to a fixed deletion date we could not reliably enforce. If you ask us to delete your record, we will do so.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the size of the project. Information is transmitted over encrypted connections. The database credentials used to store waitlist entries exist only on our backend server and are never present in the website or in your browser. The database is not open to anonymous access, and there is no public endpoint that returns waitlist records. Access to the stored data is limited to the people who need it.
We do not hold any security certification, and we make no claim to be SOC 2 audited, ISO certified or to have achieved compliance with any specific framework. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Your requests
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your waitlist record;
- stop sending you product updates, if you previously opted in.
Email [email protected] and we will handle it. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the address on the record. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights; tell us what you are asking for and we will do our best to help.
10. Children
Pipeit is a tool for business and professional use. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the product develops. When we do, we will change the date and version at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will make a reasonable effort to tell the people affected.
