Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use the Pipeit website, demo workspace or early access product.

Last updated: 18 August 2026 · Version 2026-08-18

These terms are written for an early-access product in plain English. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by counsel.

Pipeit is operated by Evyatar Ben Ezra. References to "we", "us" and "Pipeit" in these terms mean the operator of the Pipeit product.

1. Acceptance

By using the Pipeit website, the demo workspace or the early access product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. If you are using Pipeit on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.

2. What Pipeit is

Pipeit is a pipeline prioritization and action layer. It reads context from tools such as a CRM, evaluates it, and presents a ranked queue of accounts with a suggested next action. Pipeit produces recommendations. It does not guarantee any commercial outcome, and the decision to act always belongs to you.

3. Demo and early access status

Pipeit is in early access. The demo workspace contains fictional data for illustration only, and nothing in it represents a real company, person or result. Features may change, break or be removed. Availability is not guaranteed, and we may limit or end early access at any time. Do not rely on Pipeit as the sole basis for a business decision that matters.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Pipeit lawfully and reasonably. In particular, do not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts or our infrastructure;
  • probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission;
  • interfere with or disrupt the service, or place an unreasonable load on it;
  • copy, scrape or resell the service or its content;
  • upload malicious code, or content you have no right to provide;
  • use Pipeit to send unlawful, deceptive or harassing communications;
  • use Pipeit to process personal information you are not permitted to process.

5. Your data and your responsibilities

If you connect your own systems to Pipeit, you remain responsible for the data you bring, including having the right to use it and to let us process it for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for activity that happens under them.

6. Intellectual property

Pipeit, including the software, interface, design and content of this website, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you. You get a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service while these terms apply. Data you bring to Pipeit remains yours.

7. Third-party services

Pipeit can connect to third-party services such as HubSpot and Slack. Those services are operated by their own providers under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. If a third-party service changes, breaks or restricts access, the related Pipeit functionality may change or stop working.

8. Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend or remove parts of the service, including during early access, and we may do so without notice. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not promise any level of uptime or continuity.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that its recommendations will be accurate, complete or suitable for your situation. Recommendations are informational; you decide what to act on.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of Pipeit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination and access

You can stop using Pipeit at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we need to protect the service or other users, or if we discontinue early access. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of Pipeit will be brought before the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

Where the law that applies to you gives you rights or protections that cannot be set aside by agreement, nothing here is intended to take those away.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use Pipeit after a change means you accept the updated terms.
